This property was enjoyable because it was away from all of the hustle bustle of a busy town. It was relaxing. The grounds are beautiful. The staff were lovely and friendly.

A lovely hotel with beautiful and extensive grounds. We had a ground floor room opening onto the garden with a table and chairs. The room was spacious and breakfast was freshly cooked to order and excellent.

Room was lovely- big, with all amenities. I loved the grounds - was able to go out and walk around - getting my steps in. The breakfast was good. Nice selection.

Property building in Grovefield House Hotel

Lovely place to stay on route to Bristol. Great welcome from the lovely reception staff. Very comfortable spacious room with everything you need. Possibly in need of updating, but the room was just right for the building that it was in. Very good value for money.

Lobby or reception in Grovefield House Hotel

Stayed for one Sunday night in Rm 108 Deluxe Double overlooking the grounds. Believe I got a good deal as they don't serve food on Sundays. No problem, as there's a good pub up the road 'The Old Five Bells', in Burnham. The Hotel IMHO would have had its heyday in previous decades. However, the room was clean and warm and overlooking beautiful grounds. Semi-rural location so need a car. Cliveden Taplow Estate [National Trust] 5 mins away; Windsor Castle 20mins; Royal Standard of England - Old Pub 15mins. Good for a weekend get-a-away but accessible to some touristy bits.

There are three members of staff that have made my stay very special: the Manager himself - charming, professional and helpful; Dean - who was working behind the bar - great dinner recommendation (great curry!) - Dean is professional but relaxed, friendly and lovely to talk to and Shelley - fantastic manners and approach to the guest. These three individuals and great example of outstanding customer care. I have stayed in this hotel almost for a month and would strongly recommend visiting. Room was great, top quality breakfast and dinner, fantastic location, beautiful grounds and great value.

View (from property/room) in Grovefield House Hotel

Located in a semi rural area, the hotel and surroundings were very quiet when we stayed in July. The room was very good with comfortable bed and a bath with a shower. Food was excellent. Good breakfast and dinner was tasty and very reasonably priced. There was ample free parking and for the area the hotel rates were very good value. Taplow station on the Elizabeth line to central London is a couple of miles away. We would definitely stay again.
