There are three members of staff that have made my stay very special: the Manager himself - charming, professional and helpful; Dean - who was working behind the bar - great dinner recommendation (great curry!) - Dean is professional but relaxed, friendly and lovely to talk to and Shelley - fantastic manners and approach to the guest. These three individuals and great example of outstanding customer care. I have stayed in this hotel almost for a month and would strongly recommend visiting. Room was great, top quality breakfast and dinner, fantastic location, beautiful grounds and great value.

Great value compared to hotels in the area around Ascot for which we were visiting and only a 25minute drive away. Staff were really courteous and after the racing we arrived back at 10pm with a Chinese we collected on route and were welcomed to eat it in the bar and grab some drinks before the bar closed at 11pm. No problem being left on our own for our group of 10 to enjoy more social time together into the early hours. Well stocked buffet breakfast with constant offerings of drinks, toast etc to fulfil all our needs. Definitely a hotel to return to when next in the area

Stayed for one Sunday night in Rm 108 Deluxe Double overlooking the grounds. Believe I got a good deal as they don't serve food on Sundays. No problem, as there's a good pub up the road 'The Old Five Bells', in Burnham. The Hotel IMHO would have had its heyday in previous decades. However, the room was clean and warm and overlooking beautiful grounds. Semi-rural location so need a car. Cliveden Taplow Estate [National Trust] 5 mins away; Windsor Castle 20mins; Royal Standard of England - Old Pub 15mins. Good for a weekend get-a-away but accessible to some touristy bits.

Rooms Spacious Breakfast was outstanding Bed very comfortable Great facilities in the bedroom Great size bathroom with lovely shower gel Beautiful well kept grounds Big car park and felt safe leaving my car here
